Osmo Wood Filler

Osmo Wood filler is a non-acryllic and water-based multi-purpose edge-filler, wood putty, crack filler and sanding sealer all in one. Unlike most wood fillers, it can easily be sanded at any time after drying, and it's fast drying - approx. 30 minutes. Non-flammable and non-toxic, heat and freeze-proof, will not crack, shrink, sink or fall out.

How to Apply Wood Filler

  • 1. Apply Osmo Wood Filler with a wood filler knife or other tool to form a smooth finish over the damaged area.
  • 2. When the filler is dry, sand the filled area and the surrounding wood. It's important to ensure that all traces of filler are sanded from the area immediately surrounding the repair area as this may affect the final finish.
  • 3. For large, deep holes, it may be necessary to fill the hole in stages by layering the wood filler and allowing it to dry before applying the next layer.
