Osmo Liquid Wax Cleaner

Cleaner, reviver and restorer for waxed and oiled wood to restore the look and luster of tired or worn looking finishes. It is a clear or transparent wax based care product for occasionally refreshing wooden flooring treated with Polyx Oil, furniture as well as other oiled and waxed wood surfaces in indoor areas.
Through appropriate care, the surface is provided with the natural, safe hard waxes (Carnauba and Candelilla waxes). Especially designed to refresh and regenerate oiled floors in areas such as hallways and door entrances that are subject to high foot traffic. Perfect for repairing scratches and dull patches on an existing Osmo Polyx Oil finish. The floor stays hard-wearing without forming a film.

How to Apply Liquid Wax Cleaner

Manual Processing:

1. Remove debris with Dust-Mop or a vacuum cleaner, or when necessary, pre-clean with Wash and Care (see below).
2. Apply 2 teaspoons/m² to the floor & spread by using an Active Fiber Cloth or a single disc machine (white pad). Apply extremely thinly.
3. Drying time: approx. 30 – 40 minutes. Ventilate well.
4. On especially high traffic areas, refinish the cleaned area with Osmo Polyx Oil.

Tips:

1. For refreshing and maintaining white colored surfaces use Liquid Wax Cleaner 3087 White.
2. Liquid Wax Cleaner can also be used to enhance the sheen level of the surface.
3. Apply approx. 2 teaspoons per m² to the surface and spread extremely thinly with Active Fiber Cloth from Osmo Opti-Set.
4. For stain removal, apply directly to the soiled area - for especially tough stains, use a cloth or scotch-pad and wipe away loosened dirt.
5. Recommended for occasional use, approx 2-3 times per year.
6. Changing the gloss level: With Liquid Wax Cleaner, you can change the gloss level of your flooring and furniture. If it has become duller through the course of years, you can polish the surface with Liquid Wax Cleaner. Alternatively, you can also give a highly glossy floor a less sensitive satin-gloss.
Note: Multi-purpose cleaners such as washing up liquids and detergents are highly detrimental to the finished surface and is not recommended to be used as discoloration or staining may be possible. Other household cleaning products such as vanish, bleach, baking soda etc. are likely to cause severe discoloration or staining.
