Osmo Polyx Oil Effect Raw

Transparent, Matt wood finish that uniquely combines the advantages of natural oils and waxes in one product. It is suitable for the protection and the nearly invisible surface finishing of lightly colored wood in indoor areas, such as wooden flooring and furniture surfaces.
Clear wood finishes give a permanent 'wet-look'. Polyx Oil Effect Raw prevents this effect, a minimal amount of white pigments are used to counteract this effect whilst retaining the natural light color tone of new or sanded wood.

Tips:

  • Designed and suitable for light colored woods.
  • On dark/reddish wood species, Poly Oil Effect Raw is visible as slightly white chalky surface.
  • First coat on the raw, sanded wood approx. 30 ml/m².
  • Wet coating can be corrected up to 30min.
  • Dried 1st coat can be smoothened with fine grain sandpaper P400/ Pad.
  • If 3041 Natural used as base coat, for achieving “untreated wood” look, top coat with a clear Polyx®-Oil is recommended.
  • After 2-3 weeks,fully cured & reached its' final liquid & wear resistant.
