Osmo Polyx Oil Express is a professional, fast drying and hard-wearing finish suitable for the clear protection of all wooden flooring, such as solid wood, plank, strip, OSB and cork flooring, as well as furniture surfaces and other high traffic surfaces. Its unique natural oil-wax combination provides optimal surface protection. The fastest ever drying product that Osmo ever created, dries within 1-2 hours when used with 6632 Hardener or 3-4 hours without.
In combination with Hardener 6632, also suitable for the clear treatment of hardwoods rich in extractive, such as Meranti, Wenge, Merbau etc.

Tips:

  • Recommended application: 35ml/m² per coat.
  • Wet coating can be corrected up to 10min.
  • Dried 1st coat can be smoothened with fine grain sandpaper P400/ Pad.
  • Recommended final sanding: flooring (P120-150) & furniture (P180-240).
  • After 2-3 weeks,fully cured & reached its' final liquid & wear resistant.
  • Can be used opinionally with Osmo Hardener 6632 as drying accelerator.
  • Recommended to use Osmo Hardener 6632 for rich extractive hardwoods.
  • With Hardener: Touch dry in up to 30 min and recoatable after 2 hours.
